This is for users who have already created a password. Enter your Login Credential (username), and then answer the security question that you set up. You will then choose a new password.
If you do not know the answer to your security question, please take the following steps:
FRANCHISES: You can get your username from your manager. If you can’t remember the answer to the security question your manager can reset your password. You can reset your security question and answer once back in the system.
COMPANY OWNED RESTAURANTS: Your username is your Employee ID number from Workday. If you do not remember the answer to your security questions, please contact your manager to reset your password.
SUPPORT CENTERS: Your username is your Employee ID number from Workday. If you do not remember the answer to your security question, please submit an incident ticket via the chat bot Ask Inspire Tech or email SupportCenterLMS@inspirebrands.com to have your account reset.
